Shipping and Return Policies
Orders are usually processed for shipping in 1-2 business days
All sales are final on print music and personal items (reeds, harmonicas, recorders, mouthpieces, etc.). For other merchandise, we will extend a return on a case-by-case basis. Returns must be sent back immediately (within 3 business days) and in original sellable condition at the buyer's expense. We will give a credit only on the actual price paid for the merchandise and no refund or credit on the shipping and handling. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if returned merchandise is not in the condition it was sent.
Please note that these shipping and return policies do not apply to piano purchases.
