How much does it cost to have a piano tuned?
Every piano is different and after over 30 years of tuning pianos, we like to know more about your piano’s needs before giving a quote. Please call us at (410) 997-8388 for a no-hassle consultation.
How often should I have my piano tuned?
Almost all piano manufacturers recommend having a piano tuned twice each year. New pianos should be tuned 4 times in the first year.
How much does it cost to have a piano moved?
Will you buy my piano or sell it for me?
We do purchase pianos and offer consignment sales on a case-by-case basis. Please call (410-997-8388) or e-mail Phil with the details of your piano including Make, Model (if known), Serial #, Age, and general condition of the instrument.
Can I trade in my piano towards the purchase of another piano?
As with purchases or consignment sales, we do offer trade-ins on a case-by-case basis. Please call (410-997-8388) or
e-mail Phil with the details of your piano including Make, Model (if known), Serial #, Age, and general condition of the piano.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Absolutely! Through our partnership with Allegro Acceptance, we are able to provide financing options for all types of customers: Consumers, Businesses, Churches, Institutions, Schools, etc. With financing up to 10 years, it can be very easy to take home the piano of your choice for a very reasonable monthly payment even with no money down!
Why is there no price listed for your New pianos?
As authorized dealers for certain manufacturers, there are restrictions on listing prices online (See MSRP or MAP). Our new pianos are subject to periodic sales and value-added incentives (free delivery in the Baltimore/Washington area and 1 free in-home tuning within 90 days after purchase). Therefore the official minimum advertised price can be misleading to many, and we would prefer to give you an immediate quote based on our current advertised specials and fully explain what is included with your purchase. Give us a call at 410-997-8388!
What is your return policy for online orders?
